Light spotting: With light spotting when your period is due, it may be related to delayed ovulation. Late ovulation (common at 37) may result in light pink or brown "spotting". With "breast tenderness and bloating" , pregnancy may be also a possibility. Obtain a serum pregnancy test (HCG), to be certain (very accurate), and see your healthcare provider for other tests if negative.
