Shampoos: it depends on what type it is . if it is a steroid containing shampoo, to be on the safe side, limit it to 3 times a week. other shampoos can theoretically be used daily but patients generally do not like the look of the hair after daily use of anti dandruff shampoos. consider them a medication and use three times weekly. consult your doctor if that does not relieve your condition.
