Go to the ER: Its not normal for a 33 yo women to have a heart rate of 130. You list syncope as a medical problem. If you have a heart-rate of 130, you need to get to the hospital and let them do an EKG. An abnormal heart rythm is a possibility and is sometimes serious. Its possible that what you are calling breast pain is really cardiac chest pain. Best wishes!
