How long?: I get the feeling that you are not pleased by my responses to your continual distress. I'll keep trying and I'm not becoming impatient - but you may be. I wish you could take advantage of a new year's start to make some changes and feel better. Try a fresh start w/ a fresh attitude - new doctors, a CBT therapist and decision to follow advice diligently. They'll support you and it can work! Best.
