Prolactin?: A milky nipple discharge can be a sign of a high prolactin level. This will typically also cause irregular periods. Recent pregnancy, some medications, nipple stimulation are other causes. It should be evaluated by a doctor, even in your age group, as sometimes it can be a sign of a more serious breast disorder.
