Dilators?: When you indicate stretching a piercing, it is assumed that you may be talking about dilators in your earlobes? or other regions? Skin around a stretched piercing may be red in response simply to stretching. Stretching leads to minor injury and or inflammation. Infection would likely be uncommon, but this is impossible to determine without a physical exam. Good luck!
