Is this a question?: Sorry. It's just that you never actually asked a question. Anyhow, if you have any interest in having 'regular' periods since you have dysmenorrhea your best bet would be to start on a form of an OCP (oral contraceptive pill) or some other contraceptive as it would help get you on a 'regular' cycle. Otherwise, I would accept that this is what your body is going to do. :)
