Congested baby: Saline nose drops, use generously. Then use the bulb suction to assist in mucus removal. Do this before feeds and before bedtime. Cool mist humidifier in the baby's bedroom.

Cold: Run a humdifier in the house, put 2-3 drops of salin inside the nose and use a bulb syring to suction the nose. Medications are contraindicated at this age.
