How long can mupirocin b used safely on vulva. 10 days on it and the pimples (multiple, recurrent 8mths)healing but keep appearin in different place.

Question the cause: You should question what is causing the "pimples" before applying any treatment. Mupirocin is a very reliable and effective topical antibiotic. However, if the "pimples" are caused by a non-bacterial source, Mupirocin will not work at all. In my expericence, I would consider a viral cause such as HPV (human papilloma virus) or even Molluscum Contagious - both of which are very common and treatable
