Visual disturbance: Condition presents as repeated, brief episodes of movement, shimmering or shaking of the vision of one eye, a feeling of the eye trembling, or vertical/tilted vision. Neurovascular compression of the trochlear nerve (cranial nerve 4), which controls the movement of the superior oblique muscles causes this condition. Treatment with meds or surgery.
