Consult Gynecologist: If you have persistant heavy bleeding with your periods and you have vaginal discharge I will suggest you consult your Gynecologist to find the cause Vaginal Discharge may be due to infection in vagina,uterus or tubes called Pelvic Inflammatory Disease and that can also sometimes cause heavy periods Or heavy periods may be due to hormonal imbalance or fibroid tumor or adenomycosis another conditio
