A member asked:

I have a high absolute immature granulocyte and low vitamin d what could it be?

Anything: The two are almost certainly unrelated. Please address your vitamin D deficiency -- failing to do so can cost you your skeletal health. Sunlight may be difficult in the winter but a supplement or a good dietary source is easy. If you feel well, the absolute increase in young granulocytes is probably nothing -- reference ranges are set so that several % of healthies fall outside.
