Depends on allergy: Any diet that does not contain the substance to which you are allergic is fine. Often the hard part is to figure out exactly what that is. Careful sleuthing with elimination diets can help but it may take more than one challenge to be sure. Frequently food intolerance is not a true allergy (immune reactions), but may have other causes. Allergies do not typically cause enlarged lymph nodes.
