Hi i have a large lump behind my ear it was small a year ago were i hardly noticed it but now just over the past week 6 times the size?

Ear lump: If it has grown 6 times in short time period, an infection is very likely. Other possibilities could be a lymph node, cyst, neoplasm, etc. Please see your doctor to get checked.

Infected Cyst: this sounds like an infected inclusion cyst vs an enlarged lymph node. Either way it needs to be evaluated by a physician.
