Yes you can.: Hi Dorothy, You can take the morning after pill with the Mirena (levonorgestrel). This is perhaps going overboard as the Mirena (levonorgestrel) is 99% effective. The Morning after pill will not affect the device at all but could cause the next period to be heavy.
