Possible infection: Urinary frequency and blood in the urine can be symptoms of a urinary tract infection. Increase your water intake and get in to see your primary care provider or an urgent care clinic to be tested and treated if appropriate before you get very sick. Hope you are feeling better fast.

Get checked: Hard to say from your description: could be blood from vigorous intercourse and quite commonly found in urinary tract infection. In any case, you must be checked for a female/urinary infection. Abstain sexaully, until cleared by your physician.
