Folliculitis: May be bacterial or fungal infection as the skin is loaded with bacteria and cutting/shaving can cause cuts in follicles leading to infection Rarely may be nits. Consider clotrimazole in evening and bacitracin in AM x 1 weekafter washing with soap and water.Discuss with doc/urgent care.
