Are scar tissue after an injury and peyronies disease different things in the penis? is it possible i just have scar tissue causing temporary bend?

Possible: not probable. Peyronie's disease s fibrosis ( thickiening of tissue in the cavernous areas of the penis and is similar in character to scsrring; however, not all scarring causes curvature, which is not temporary and quite common at your age. I suggest a urology consultation.
