A doctor has provided 1 answer

BBlocker: Drugs that prolong AV nodal refractoriness include β-adrenergic receptor blockers, nondihydropyridine calcium channel blockers, and digitalis glycosides. In an analysis of the AFFIRM study, β-blockers were more successful than calcium channel blockers in achieving rate control - 70% versus 54%, respectively.
