Fungal dermatitis: Fungal infection in the skin. This is a common problem. You need to keep the skin behind the ears clean and dry. If you have an active infection, treat with an anti fungal agent. If that doesn't work, see your doctor to make sure it isn't bacterial dermatitis, psoriasis or eczema.
