My son has been taking nystatin for thrush. past 2 days hes constantly crying & today he's been throwing up & it is clear with yellow, what's wrong?

Many possibilities: I am going to assume the baby is less than a month, since he's on thrush medicine. It is possible that he has a virus IF you can think of a contact with illness that he has been around. In a young baby, there could be other causes, any thing from a bowel blockage to reflux. I would see your pediatrician for this soon. How are his wet diapers? We want at LEAST one every 8 hours. Lost weight?
