Oils: Most oils are a problem because of the risk of aspiration or getting into the lungs. Generally increasing her free fluid or using baby strength apple juice would be 1 way to help the problem. You may need to use pediatric glycerin suppositories for 2-3 days to help her pass the hard stool already there. All the best and see your MD if the problem persists.
