No: One of the potentially serious side effects of Coli-urinal is severe dehydration, rarely even progressing to renal failure. Certainly one would not want to do anything else which could result in dehydration at the same time as taking this medication. In fact, it is probably wise to drink a lot of fluids while taking this. Need more info: Why are you taking all these things? If constipation is an issue, try making sure that you drink enough water so that your urine is watery. Take foods rich in fiber, if that is not practical take a fiber laxative like Metamucil.
