Not used in the US.: Dalfon 500 is used for chronic venous insufficiency, hemorrhoids, and may help heal skin ulcers, too. It is not used in the US. The little I can find online makes no mention of use with alcohol. Ask the person who prescribed it to you. It is micronized purified flavonoid fraction (MPFF, 450 mg diosmin plus 50 mg hesperidin.
