Daflon for hemorrhoi: Usually the dose starts high and tapers down.Grade 1 is not that severe and not prolapsing. One to three tabs three times daily for 3 days, then 2, twice daily for 3 days, then 1 tab daily for 10 days or longer. Your doctor should be setting the dose and duration for you.
