Pregnancy diagnosis: If your cycles are regular, you could have conceived as early as day 11 of your cycle. It is not too early to have the discharge and cramping be a symptom of pregnancy. A good home urine pregnancy test should be accurate enough to diagnose a pregnancy. You can also get a quantitative Beta HCG blood test to confirm whether you are pregnant.
