Differential: How do you know it is vasodilation? Have you checked your blood pressure? When do this symptoms happen. Would recommend checking BP lying down, sitting and standing. See if any changes. In addition see if any medications you are taking could cause this. There are many differential diagnosis in case like this and it is better to start from the simple things cheers c
