i have long thick hair i get ingrown hair on my scalp all the time i have used many shampoos nothing works i have to tweeze them out. help!

Two suggestions: 1. Consult a Dermatologist who will evaluate your posblem 2. Find a Beautician/Cosmetologist (the Dermatologist may have some recommendations) in the meantime...do not wear anything on your head (hats are a no no! Hope this helps Happy New Year Dr Z

Ingrown hair??: Ingrown hair usually occurs in areas where you shave or keep your hair very short. It's a bit more likely to happen if your hair is very curly to begin with.
