Cop and plan b: Since you took the two last pills of the pill pack chances are that your bleeding after plan b was more prolonged. Start your next pill pack as scheduled. You may have breakthrough bleeding with it but you should continue with the next pill pack expecting your period at the end of the pill pack.

Soon: There may be a slight shift in the timing of your period due to taking the 2 doses at once. Your period starts because of the lack of hormone, which is why you have the 7 sugar pills in your pack.
