Yep: Without a doubt. It depends on what weight you want to gain though. It is easy to have a very high caloric intake from carbohydrates but that means if you dont use your calories wisely they will turn into fat. If you need the protein to build muscle without meat: Green Peas, Quinoa, Peanut/Almond butter, Tempeh is amazing (Tastes like ....), Tofu, Edemames, Hemp, Chia seeds. Cheers C

Nuts, seeds: Nuts and seeds are high in nutrients and energy in a small size. Eating nuts and seeds as part of a well balanced diet that includes fruits, vegetables, whole grains, chicken, fish and dairy can help you gain weight when you eat more calories than you need. Figure out your calorie needs and increase them by 500 calories a day to gain a pound a week in weight.

Eat, eat, eat.: You can gain calories by just eating more food. People tend to gain weight with meat because it's more calorie-dense than other foods, but you'd gain more weight by just eating more of less calorie-dense foods. Just keep it healthy - there's a difference between gaining muscle weight and just getting fat.
