Not preg if 2 Neg PT: There are many different causes of nipple discharge, including nipple stimulation, stress, medications, hormonal imbalance and elevated prolactin from pituitary lesion. I suggest seeing your doctor if your period doesn't come in the next week or two and discharge persists.
