Normal: This is normal for Mirena (levonorgestrel) IUD. If you have a copper IUD than it is not normal. Please have your iUD checked. Some women may have irregular bleeding with Copper IUD the first 2 to 3 months. Please get evaluated for correct positioning and infection.
