Need more info: Any one of the number of drugs that you take will have an effect on achieving a firm erection. Taking Cialis with a cardiovascular problem as it appears you have, can also be dangerous. Please consult with your cardiologist before thinking of taking Cialis or any other medication like it that is approved by the FDA. Do not try any OTC drugs either.
