Usually resolves: Usually, this type of pain does eventually go away. It takes your body quite awhile to heal. If it doesn't go away after 6-8 months, I would see your GYN. There are some birth-related causes of pain that don't resolve on their own. Best wishes!

Have OB MD check: Sometimes a suture doesn't dissolve in the vagina after a repair or scar tissue develops after a C/section producing the discomfort. have your OB MD examine the area to determine the cause of your pain.
