Observe: incidental finding? could be a small bruising? hard to say with that description. However, if it persists, you may want your gynecologist have a look at it.

Relax: A small purple spot that is painless is probably not anything to worry about. Just keep an eye on it, it will probably disappear as mysteriously as it appeared. It is most likely secondary to trauma due to your frequent sexual activity. If it gets larger or you develop other symptoms you should be evaluated by a doctor.
