Yeast?: This sounds most like a yeast infection. A yeast infection takes longer to treat when it involves a rash on the vulva. There are several other possibilities, including some that may require a biopsy. You could try treating for yeast but if it doesn't get better you will need to see your Gyn. Yeast treatment: Wash, then dry with hair-dryer and put on a yeast cream twice a day. May take 10 days
