Yes and no: There are viruses that attack the heart but they tend to be present in the spring. The influenza virus isn't one of them. While the virus itself doesn't cause extra beats, being ill with fever and/or sweating, and/or diarrhea, and/or vomiting, and/or reduced fluid intake and/or disturbed sleep - all can affect your heart rhythm.
