I've had a dry throat for 5 days now, some phlegm, no fever, no other symptoms. is it normal for your throat to feel dry all the time for this long?

Allergies: Normal no, but is common to have scratchy dry throat if you have allergies , now you may have started having post nasal drip which is causing some phlegm . You may try Claritin or Zyrtec for few days , if not improving see your doctor.
