Nope: She is taking Lasix (Furosemide) which is a diuretic to get ride of excess fluid. There are different reasons for swollen legs. 1) Heart Failure 2) Venous Insufficiency 3) Lymphedema. Depending on them different treatments ensue. If they are weeping, could be excess fluid. Lasix will not cause this, she might actually need an increased dosage. Needs to contact her PCP.
