Hey man!: On your list of "conditions", you list "trichotillomania" and say you are pulling out your eyelashes and hair. You're taking Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine). Are you doing this to yourself? Or do you have telogen effluvium (my guess without reading any farther) and someone is telling you that you must be a hair-puller? I'd urge you to get your thyroid checked then get evaluated by a dermatologist
