Repeat the BHCG: Since this was an IVF transfer you are probably already following closely with a doctor. Your doctor will want to repeat the BHCG to confirm a normal rise and then will schedule a sonogram to confirm pregnancy. Right now you will have to wait as it is too early to draw any conclusions
