sisters paraplegic and has blood in urine. 90% positive its a uti. can't get in doctor today. what should she do until she gets in?

Call office: may want a urine specimen to lab for exam and culture. Drink water 8 or so glasses a day. Clean area of urethra thoroughly. Doc can call in antibiotic if convinced of symptoms and signs
