Drink water 8 or so glasses a day.
Clean area of urethra thoroughly.
Doc can call in antibiotic if convinced of symptoms and signs

UTI: Uti symptoms + blood and ketones are all typical of a uti. Once you've been treated, all 3 of those should disappear.

Hematuria: or blood in urine is not uncommon in cystitis and UTIs in general. Bactrim is an excellent medication for this condition.
