Don't know: Need to know why the tests were ordered in the first place. If you suffer from recurrent or chronic sinus or lung infections, then even a normal total IgG may not be enough since it is whether your body can produce specific defense against bacterial (qualitative) than the total number (quantitative) that matters most. See an allergist.

Between February and April 2022 my IgG dropped by 113mg/dL and my IgA dropped by 8.3. Both still within normal range but both dropped in a short period of time. Is either drop significant or something to keep an eye on? IgM was low both times at 40?
