Take some NSAIDs and: rest the arm, apply some Ice pack for 15 minutes every 2-3 hrly, and do gently exercises of the hand and wrist as well as elbow. If no increasing pains and U are able to do these, then you probably have bruised your arm only. If increasing pain or not improving get seen and maybe an Xray might be needed.
