Folliculitis: More likely folliculitis from staph or strep from shaving that region. Change your razor frequently. Wash with soap and water and put bactrobam ointment or polysporin (bacitracin and polymyxin) ointment on the lesion. Do no squeeze the lesion because if it is one of the new staphs it will spread. See your doctor soon for follow up.
