I'm 2.5 weeks post op adenotonsilectomy/turbinoplasty. my phlegm/snot smells foul and is green as of yesterday. is this a sign of infection?

Postop T&A: it is extremely common after adenotonsillectomy to have an odor from the surgical area . The escar that forms and sloughs typically will colonize bacteria and there will be an odor. Although infection is possible, it is not common. You should consult your surgeon and see him or her for your concerns.
