See below.: May be due to neuropathy or possible a circulatory condition such as Raynauds. Are they actually cold to touch or do they just feel cold all the time but warm to touch. If the are warm to touch, then it is more likely due to neuropathy. See Podiatrist for evaluation and examination.

Cold feet: As stated there are more than a couple causes for this. Your first best thing to do is see your podiatrist for an evaluation as this will give you the answers you seek .
