Pain with sitting: 45 or 70? Sitting increases the pressure on the spine,if disc disease may experience increased discomfort. Driving in particular can worsen it because there is vibration when driving .If elevated BMI can be compression of nerves(meralgia paresthetica).Should not sit more then 1/2-1 hour hour at a time, then get up even for 1-2 minutes.Consider ovarian.Discuss. f/u w/ doc consider yoga,pilates
