Every week counts: There is no way to say for sure when you'll deliver based just on your cervical changes but every week that you can keep the twins in at 32 weeks makes a big difference in there likelihood of being healthy.This is not just a matter of lung maturity but of multiple other risks that drop as they get a chance to mature. Hopefully you'll carry the at least another month.Best of wishes for you and them
