Does subcutaneous and intramuscular injections use the same b12 solution or vial? or is it different solution for different types of shots?

Same: The injectable B12 is the same formulation for subcutaneous use as for intramuscular use. Both delivery routes are equally life-saving in the treatment of true pernicious anemia, and equally worthless (but safe) for everything else.
